What you should be aware and comply for deep draft vessel transiting the Straits of Malacca and Singapore as per IMO SN. Circ. 198 and 238 Rev.3?

	- Minimum dynamic UKC for deep draft vessel is 3.50 metres at all times;
	- Speed limit is 12.00 knots;
	- Ship deadweight above 150,000 tonnes is consider a deep draft vessel and/or;
	- Maximum draft 15.00 metres or more is consider a deep draft vessel;
	- Straits Pilot must legally licensed according to TRIPARTITE requirements;
	- Recommended to use Straits Pilot under the Voluntary Pilotage Scheme (VPS) for safety of navigation and environmental protection.
